It looks like they r bring old z back??

Still waiting on that "next z" ..if its the idx ..I'm not happy.

Hey my first was a 72 240Z and it's insulted by any connection with that iDX thing!

That interior on the IDX looks cool, from that angle the back half looks likes. Scion TC with flares, but that front is like a morphed camaro.

Some other blogs are saying the iDX is Nissans answer to the FRS. Lets hope so. I wonder when we will see specs on it. I know I read a rumor that the FRS BRZ fighter could be FWD...

This article and a couple others state that it will be RWD. I kind of like it. The wife will never sign off on it but its cool lol. I'm def wondering what the drivetrain will be.

Definitely can see the Datsun lineage. Not a Z but still love the concept of the old/ new and its rwd.. I'm happy

That IDX vaguely harkens to a Hakosuka Skyline GT-R to me.

the iDX reminds me more of the old datsun 510's in alot of ways, that overall square short boxy shape is almost a dead give away to the datsun 510 roots

Edit: Also really like how the iDX Nismo looks, but thats just my personal opinion :)

I actually like the IDx, I'm sure the production version won't be as edgy. With that said, this thing better be an FR-S competitor, and NOT the next Z.

I'm split on the IDX. I'm not a huge fan of the regular one, but that NISMO one is pretty sweet. Its like a scrunched Challenger in a good way. I can also definitely see a ton of inspiration from the past like y'all have mentioned.

it is a throw back to the 510... it's not the new z.. lol

This is my feeling :barf::wtf::eek2: I really like my 2012. Sweet riding & nice looking. I also have a 1995 240sx se, all original, not molested :) Love them both. A threesome ?????
