If we make the qualifications specific enough, you can beat anything. Same year, same price, stock, no turbos, same color, same number of cupholders, etc.

And OP, where are you getting 2011 M3s and 911s for $40k?

Yeah unless they have a salvage title, very high milage, or a lemon your not going to find those under 40k unless they are bone stock which they almost never are AND they are '06 models or older.

And a Jeep STR8 is 60K and up.

If your comparing a new Z MSRP price to a used car bottom of the barrel price its an unfair comparison. A used '09 370z bottom of the barrel price is in the low 20's.

Gotta compare apples to apples.

:iagree: Although doesn't have to be the older ones. I drive a 2013 Rav 4 4x4 every now and then. Put it in the manual shift mode and that thing flies. 0-60 in 6.3 according to MT

I still remember the 1965 Catalina as one of the fastest 0-60 times. It was under 4 seconds. In high school we talked alot about this one. Nothing came close for 20 years.

:iagree:
I'm sure there is more. The Camaro and SRT8 will only beat us on paper by 0.1-0.2. In real life it's more of a drivers race but stats are stats.

I torn up a few v8 camaros, challengers, chargers etc... Don't believe the hype. We can hang with those and beat em with the right driver.
