one quick question about engine oil.

Hi guys. One quick question. I am hearing some rattling noise from the engine when I rev up to 5k or over rpms. I am using just regular oil right

I am hearing some rattling noise from the engine when I rev up to 5k or over rpms. I am using just regular oil right now. Planning on putting redline in after few thousand more miles. And my dealership is saying that it is because of my engine oil and if I change it to ester oil or full synthetic it will be fine. Is this sounds right to you guys?
