We do have our fair share of squids though who weave in and out of traffic. EDIT: looks like you're talking about the squids XD Most of the bikers I know don't do that since its legal. Also its legal because it makes sense, bikes are at a higher risk when sitting in traffic as opposed to cars and it helps with traffic decongestion. Just think about it, that's one less vehicle in front of you.
