Sorry to ressurect such an old thread, but this was my experience with the problem:
This issue is covered in a TSB but Mossy Nissan here in Houston said that the procedure of rotating the axles and greasing the diff/etc is considered an "adjustment" and only covered in the first 12,000 miles of service. So I had to drop my car off with them for 3 hours and will probably end up having to pay 350+ for them to fix it. Totally sucks, but I guess in the end it's cheaper than an axle or cv going out. (Shrug) |
