I hate to say it, but I think you may have screwed yourself every step of the way. For future reference, remember the following:

Let your insurance deal with their insurance
File a police report
Get several estimates and submit the priciest one
Cheap body work is cheap for a reason
Get a reciept and keep a paper trail

i should have ask more information before i sent my car to the body shop
i accepted the first quoted from the insurance that's why is so freaking lowball but at the moment i just wanna fix my car asap. because i got hit by the every same day i bought it... so freaking unlucky omg.

do any body have any experience for the diminish claim before?
