It's not a scam if the buyer pays for a product, and receives the product in an undamaged state. Scam implies fraud, an actual crime. That's a really loaded term to be throwing around.

Oh, I agree it's a customer service fail. A return policy (and hefty restocking fee) is the norm on these things. I just took issue with the OP saying "it just wasnt the material and shape i expected it to be", accusing Shine of fraud, and then it comes out that he just changed his mind and was pissed he couldn't return it.

It's not a ripoff. He got what he ordered. He just couldn't return it. I agree that's lacking good customer service and I'd hesitate to buy from a vendor with no return policy, but it's not a scam, ripoff or fraud. Those are potentially libelous terms implying a crime and they don't apply here.

What BS!! You ordered a product that is built after ordered. Then after you receive it ( not during the build process) you are mad cause you can't return it? You should of known that the moment you didn't want it anymore that you were going to have to eat some cost and sell it here on the forum. You act as if Shine is only at fault for your decisions. Order, order in the court the judge and jury here now finds Shine Auto guilty of poor business practices in the 3rd degree for misrepresentation of return policy for not disclosing built to order and no refunds granted on their web site for current, future and prior customers knowledge.
