As for my minor features that I appreciate:
1) Auto-dimming rearview mirror. This is one of my absolute favorites, having never had one before. It makes night driving so much more comfortable. Now if only the side mirrors also dimmed. 2) The preamp automatically raises/lowers the volume of your music slightly as you speed up/slow down. It's subtle but it works well most of the time. Note: This is for 2009 touring with bose and non-nav. I'm not sure if all models have this. 3) How fast the car both cools down and heats up. It's probably mostly due to the small interior space, but it works really well. It cools the cabin on a hot summer day about 3x faster than any other car I've been in. |

#3) Yes. Nissan has good A/C's on their sports cars, my above G35 was excellent as well. GTR Forum members say exactly the same thing. |

I completely agree. When I sat in one I fell in love with the cockpit. The car just fit for me. I look at it this way. I can't see myself driving the car so even if it looks cool outside, if I don't feel for it on the inside it just doesn't work for me. I'm big on old school gauges not idiot lights & such. Then having the ability to sling the car around corners. I'm not a straight line speed guy, I live for the canyons on bikes & the Z. For me it's all about the twist & turns & being able to rail them. ;) |
I really like the dancing gauges on startup too

I think you need a tune to eliminate it. Not sure what the Z is drag limited to

My favorite minor feature is the built-in oil pre-heater.
