Shift bleep notification

I have a 2011 7AT and it has the shift light. But it doesn't make a sound, only lights up. Other people hear a "bleep" ?

No, no beep or voice. Would be cool if it said like "shift" "shift" or a fast beeping noise. I was saying I was to focused on the road racing my friends Vette and wasn't steering at the tac. It would be a very cool feature if it did a noise like that with a mute option. With a stick you know what gear you are in just by feeling the shifter. On the paddles unless u memorize how many up and down sfhits u do, u need to look down and see what gear u are in. I was focused on the not the tac.

yea i agree just would be a cool option to have to play with a bit. after they said they had it in a 2012 and a 2011 i thought well damn maybe mines just defective lol more or less just figuring out who has it and who doesnt lol

sadly though i do watch my tach a bit when doing 1/4 mile drag races. i mean not like i need to know when a turn is coming up lol
