Is Rev Match Working Right

I am shifting too slowly. Around town I don't normally focus on trying to shift all that quickly, just kinda taking it slow and steady, guess going for smooth over

I am shifting too slowly. Around town I don't normally focus on trying to shift all that quickly, just kinda taking it slow and steady, guess going for smooth over press your *** into the seat, so probably the RPM's are droping more then they should.

Point of my post is that comming from a 300Z to a 350 then to the 370 I find the upshifts different in trying to come to grips with rev match.

Thanks for the interesting replies.
