Touch up paint, acceptance, and vodka are all that's needed here.

As one coasts the sine wave, for every drop there is a rise.

It could be a lot worse. Besides, thats why they call it "Dating". If it doesn't work out then you're not stuck with them for life; like prison. Besides, who wants a partner that doesn't want to be with them? Put it in perspective bro. At the end of the day, no one died, the car can be repaired; so what are you really complaining about? It has to rain in life from time to time. This is what makes everything grow... Chin up and move on.

+1 for Dr Color Chip. I used it on my fern green metallic Bimmer and it came out great. And that thing was road rashed pretty good with some big chips.
It is worth a try, or to tide you over until get a respray.

Anyways... I would go with dr colorchip like others suggested, you need to be patient and apply multiple layers. It wont be perfect but it will definitely save you some money.

And why did she break up with you? You didnt let her drive the Z?
