It does look repairable, but whether they will total it or not is beyond my knowledge.

If I had to guess, they'd repair it.

Edit: How misaligned is the rear quarter and hatch? I just noticed that...

the insurance company should let me know today or tomorrow.they might repair it cause just by eyeballing underneath,i didnt see any frame damage even though there may be.

Totaled

Yeah, glad she's fine. Do you feel the car was strong enough?

Yikes. Well, glad to hear she's okay!

Insurance will replace the car.

UPDATE:
Its is totaled (obviously) Insurance adjuster said it is worth $28,407. I thought it was a low ball and I went online and looked at the claim forms and it has my Z listed as a 6 speed and nothing about sport package or premium rims.... Hopefully it is an oversight. Im starting to get paranoid now.

I also called the company (MPP) I have GAP coverage through. They are sending forms out and I had to answer about 100 questions while on the phone. If they try and wiggle out I will be out close to 10k if insurance doesnt increase the amount. Even then I could be out 7k. AHHHHHHHH!!!!! This is frustrating.
Does anyone have experience with this MPP company? Thanks for letting me vent .com

they didnt total mine cause of no frame damage.the engine cradle was bent and allstate is going to pay 11k to have it fixed.at least the z will have alot of new parts and no dings.plus they guarantee the work for as long as i own the car and next time i have to drive in the rain,it will be like grandma even though i was only going 50 :shakes head:

binary0x01 05-22-2013 10:07 PM

Damn man that is messed up. But your wife's alright which is all that should matter :)

Get another Z before you get a case of no Z set in... that **** can be bad...

onzedge 06-03-2015 11:24 AM
