It probably won't look grown up next to the BMW's etc at work/clients. Which he mentioned was a concern also.
I was surprised to recently be invited into a group of cars that are all AMG's, GTR's, Z01's, GT3 and many M3's. While I feel like the runt of the litter lol apparently the Z (at least the way mine is modded) its respected by them and welcomed. So I think the Z will fit the bill for looks and a few basic mods can keep you happy for a bit but you will want boost eventually to put you into the 500hp category from what it sounds like. 335 kinda gives you the best of both words but I agree that the interior is lacking and you could be looking a many dealership visits which is annoying. But its an awesome platform. Also I don't know about your area, but around here the 370 is not on every corner...so thats one aspect I like.
