Stranded on the freeway twice in one month (fuel starvation)

I have heard about it too, I have also been told that you can get tickets on the freeways, EVEN THE NURBURGRING for passing on the right side, LOL

Passing on the right is a major not good thing to do. I dont miss the stuff I read here about driving in the US at all.
