Does that Pioneer HU have a cassette player in it? If not, it's not worth it. :ugh2:

:iagree: that's what happens to most cars that use to offer manuals. Due to low sales # they are removed or become an "option" that's more expensive than the auto :icon14:

Or what Audi did with the TT:
Base TT = auto w/ paddle shifters
TTS = paddle shifters
TTRS = 6mt manual

What are you talking about?:confused:

Well there was a convo about Nissan styling going on, particularly the versa. That was the context.

Nissan really should lower prices on the 370z. I know it would bring a lot more immature drivers, but with price hikes ever new model year and no performance updates, the 370Z has become almost obsolete in its market.

Oh yeah, There's a lot of weird styling coming out of Japan. The cars we get are pretty tame compared to some of the models they keep domestic. But they make quality vehicles none the least. :tup:

I think its less about lowering prices and offering up to date and proper features price to amenity. Z pricing is fine. Performance is unique in the price range as well.

It still has a place. Trust me.

m4a1mustang 05-02-2013 03:30 PM

See I've found it to be pretty practical (but then again I don't have kids and have easy access to practical cars). It's fun, different, and there aren't too many of them around depending on where you live. Performance wise... yeah it's not the best at everything but then again that's not its purpose. It does a lot of things well, which I appreciate.

Ultimately the people that like it buy it and the people that don't... don't!

No doubt it's a very competitive market, though. I'm sure Nissan knows they have to make some adjustments to the way they do things with the Z35 to keep it competitive, but for me, the Z34 is giving me what I want.

We're falling right back into justification mode. :facepalm: The ONLY Z forum where justification is needed for owning a Z. :shakes head:

m4a1mustang 05-02-2013 07:04 PM

Eh? Pretty sure on every forum there is owners "justify" (aka explain) why they bought the car. Lighten up.
