The ticking when getting on and off the gas is commonly an issue with the axle to diff connection and is known as "axle click". There is a TSB that covers the 2009 model year. The solution is to unbolt the axles, regrease the connections, and retorque the bolts.

I had this issue and it was covered under warranty by my dealer. I mentioned "axle click" and he instantly knew what it was.
