To be honest with you the paint industry has for the most part resolved the yellowing problem in the past 10 years. What causes dulling or discoloration is actually the atmospheric contaminents and the use of non-distilled water or recycled water which is found at most car washes including no-touch ones.

Keeping the skin of a car looking good and proper is 100% in the hands of the owner of the car and how lazy he or she is going to be. If you are one of the folks who think driving it through a car wash once a week is enough then you are in for a rude awakening as your clear coat and paint will begin to dull enough to take away the "new" look it had originally.

If you clay-bar the car at least 2 to 3 times a year the contaminents are not going to be able to accumulate to affect the paint color. Following up with a regular course of timely washing, polishing and waxing will keep the white as new as the day it came out of the paint booth.

It's as new looking as what you put into it....its as simple as that.
