i donno, since it's a horizontal piece, unless you completely broke the clips off or something, i'd just remove it, bend it back into shape using a heat gun, spray it black with flex agent and place back onto the car.

I believe that's the airdam/air deflector - unsure if it's diff. on the Nismo than Base/Touring.

i think its called a shroud, but just print it up and take it to your dealer or inquire to courtesyparts.com

they can help you out.
