You should not go to the forum for these kinds of advise. Start here:
Search DOT sites | Department of Transportation That something you can find at the NHTSA. Also, some states have specific laws so you will need to check with your State resource. AAA is also a helpful resource. If your work offers EAP, they can do the leg work for you. But this forum would be the last thing I'd go to for something that's precious as a child's life and safety.
