Correct me if I'm wrong (gee did I have to ask...ha ha) but doesn't the rear spoiler only come with the Sports Package which mine does not have? I would love to have the spoiler installed but I'm debating whether this would go against how the car came stock and I'm a stickler about keeping my Z stock. So the question is....how many of you would have it installed?

It's really a personal preference, glad to see you make up your mind about adding it.

here's how it looks like just FYI:

Nice photo! Now I love it and want one even more! I plan to get it at some point but a Nissan Dealer quoted a price of $735 for part and install..... YIKES!!!!! They said they would charge me $390 just to install it if I got the spoiler privately. Do you think Nissan is giving me a ridulous over-inflated price for the install. Not sure what to do. I didn't think it would be that expensive to install it.

A dealer will usually be the most expensive to do an install. Research doing it yourself, I wouldn't think it's that hard.

I helped Install a stock replica spoiler on a friends G35 coupe. It wasn't very difficult at all, just take your time and get over the fear of drilling into your car. If I recall correctly, we were done within an hour.

OP, if you like the way it looks then put it on. I have an 09 base w/ sport package. I like the Nismo front clip so I had that put on my car.

Drive the car the way you want it and do what ever makes you happy. Your Z is YOURS.

If you run into problems with the hatch opening after you install the spoiler, check out the hatch weight removal DIY.

Spoil it, the wing looks good on the Z, better than some aftermarket
