The dealer once scrap the buttom of my front lip, I complaint to the Service Manager. So he wan't in that day next day he called me and apologies and asked me what he culd do to fix this problem.
Since the scratch is barely visible to anyone we agree in a few things. They installed my steering lock for free and my car is parked inside the bay everytime I take the car to the dealer and they are done with the work. So know I get VIP treatment.
