I located a 2012 base + sport manual with 1600 miles for $29,600 before taxes. First off, do you guys think this is a good deal?

And secondly, did any of you get cold feet right before buying? I've been waiting for this moment for a long time, but I just have that lingering doubt in my mind about whether I'm making the right choice. It might be because it took a lot of hard work to get to this point and I don't want to feel buyers remorse after. I'm interested to hear your opinions.
Get a Car fax and spend $200 and have an independent mechanic check that car out. I can't imagine why anyone would turn in a car with only 1200 miles and I'd want to make sure it wasn't in an accident or flood or is a troubled unit. If all is well, the price sounds okay to me---it's $600 more than what I paid in 2009 for my base with automatic, brand new.

I wouldn't buy a sports car living in New York , the driving season is to short you only have 5-6 months to drive the car before it needs to be stored.

It makes more sense to update your daily driver for between $5k-$10k save you hard earned money you saved, pissing it up on a $30k season vehicle isn't worth it, unless you can afford to throw away money.

Also read this thread before buying Advice on whether 370Z is the right car for me...
