Sounds pretty normal to me - I get nervous every time I buy a car, house, or any other high-dollar item. $30K ain't exactly chump change.
 Unless you actually need a mini-van or can't really afford it, go for it! Make sure you disable the SLU first chance you get. Edit: Oops. '12s don't have the SLU. Carry on.
