op- if this was a result of stress fracture you might be one of the very few with this problem. take a pen tip and see if you can catch

op- if this was a result of stress fracture you might be one of the very few with this problem. take a pen tip and see if you can catch an impact point on the crackline. if there are none, then chances are it's a stress fracture.
and yah, those pillars are nearly impossible to remove without breaking the tabs. heat and going very gentle might help. |
