Since the thief only put 1 stack cinder blocks on each side of the car right under the door so the front passenger side brake disc was on the ground as well, will there be any frame damage to my car?

Sorry to hear. Your frame will be fine. Your brakes or hub will probably be but I'd still have the rotor put on a lathe to make sure.

Probably no damage other than scratches. The frame is hard as a rock and, unless they slammed the rotor into the concrete, it should be OK. Both are easy enough to check if you have the equipment - most of the larger body shops will have a machine that can check for any frame warpage and every tire and alignment shop I've seen can check the rotor (when in doubt, toss it out; rotors aren't that expensive compared to how important they are).

definitely go through your insurance company and let them investigate/charge the garage. make sure they pay for new rims and all the service it will come to a pretty penny
