One other point: the Sport/Touring will have much higher resale value than a Base model with 12K in mods.
I'm not saying it's worth the trade, but it needed to be pointed out. If you're going to keep the car for a long time, I'd put the 12K into mods and be happy. However, since you're already looking to sell the first one after 200 miles, resale value may be important to you. The whole thing is an absolute killer on sales tax, license, etc. though. Not to rub it in, but you could have just burned 5-7K in a garbage can and kept yourself warm for a few hours ![]() I say go mods and be happy. |
