For me two times. First, my GF thumbs up another 350z and he nodded back. Second was when this Z was looking to pull out while other Jenks won't let him. In Japan, emergency flasher light is thank you or allowing you to go ahead. In Hawaii, I'll give the shaka sign to any Z, if they're looking.
