Buy now or wait for 2010 model?

I'm wondering if I should get one now or wait for the 2010 model z's. Would I get a better deal buying now or waiting for the 2010? I'm really itching to buy one. I can wait but at the same time I really need and want a new car. :icon14:

What ever dealer gives you a deal thats when you buy.

Honestly i called up my dealer and it went like this
me "you still have that black 370 with sports package on the lot?"
Internet Sales Rep guy "yes we do"
me "i want to buy it, and i want invoice, interested?"
Internet sales rep guy "how soon can you be down there?"
me "less than 2 hours if your giving me invoice"
Internet sales rep guy "okay invoice it is, see you soon"

and thats how i got invoice.

Didn't you just ask this?

Buy now. Worry later. If the 2010 comes out and it's worth it, trade your 09 for an 2010 and you'll lose just a little $. But if you buy now, you'll be happy either way.

if you're ready to buy now, then wth are you waiting for????
and as posted above, if you'll like the 2010 then trade and lose some money, but stay happy

Define a little money...he would lose at least a few grand.

Who's to say the 2010 isn't going to go up in price. Look what happened with the GTR. I would just get an 09 and be happy now, I don't think there will be any change on the 2010. May end up being just like the 09 GTR and 10 GTR. Just an 8,000.00 difference, same car.

Didn't you just ask this a couple days ago? http://www.the370z.com/nissan-370z-g...09-2010-a.html

???

I said it before and I still say it now: Buy now!

I dunno what they would change, maybe a couple more small features. The dealer I was talking to says the '10 are going to go for a little more than the 09. So I'm guessing a couple small changes, maybe accessories here and there like they did with the 08 to 09 G37

There were hardly any changes from the 08 to 09 G37. They added the 7 speed auto, and they dressed up the seat heater buttons to adjustable knobs. They also made AWD an option. I'm surprised they didn't add the SRM manual to the Gs.

The only changes I would expect for the 2010 Z is the new Nav that is coming with the Roadster, and I think that only adds weather forecasts, and maybe the cooled seats.

and maybe the oil cooler for the engine???

baboola 06-28-2009 01:18 AM

maybe they'll fix the vibration issue at high revs~

StLRedrider 06-28-2009 01:23 AM

Maybe they won't do anything, buy now........

I dunno about this rev thing. I just broke my car in a few days ago so I feel free to go up to about 7K - seems as smooth as silk to me. Maybe I'm just use to engines actually shaking when they get near redline....

No more than the additional cost of the '10 model over the '09.
