I only turned off twice in last 3 years. I was soo good at downshifting when I had my 350z. Then I bought the 370Z with the synchroREV match. It does such an amazing job, it's just addicting to keep it on. I must say, if I get another manual gearbox car, I kinda have to re-master the downshifting. Also, I should mention, synchroREV match ALSO affects how you up shift too. Your RPM is kept on hold at the perfect up shift point. SRM doesn't let the RPM drop as it would with a normal 6speed gearbox. So, yup my up shifting skills down the drain too. But considering the fact I'm at 60,000 miles and my clutch is still good, you gotta hand it to SRM. It's an addicting feature. Especailly with my HKS exhaust when I down shift to around 6000 RPM, it's music to my ear (and people around or behind me )
