Someone stole my neighbors exhaust in mid day.. I hate tweakers, they staged it while one guy was cutting it off the other was revving his engine so you couldn't

Someone stole my neighbors exhaust in mid day.. I hate tweakers, they staged it while one guy was cutting it off the other was revving his engine so you couldn't hear the noise from the cutter.
