When I had my Infiniti for four years I kept the same service technician, he always made sure I had a nice loaner and everything was covered by my warranty.

When I had my Infiniti for four years I kept the same service technician, he always made sure I had a nice loaner and everything was covered by my warranty. I brought him a six pack of Michelob Ultra Lights everytime and I always bought my service advisor a batch of cookies. I haven't been to my Nissan dealership, I heard they suck and try to screw you so I doubt very seriously we will form any kind of relationship. The fact that they wanted $45k for my Z and wasn't willing to budge showed me how my service relationship would go. Didn't buy the car from them and doubt I'll let them do any major service.
