I brought them our "message board" fix and they brought it up to Nissan in which they were instructed to wait for the official TSB, as it is indeed in the works.
I think Roo is correct in saying they don't want to make something worse. As far as the 350z, yes my 03' had the same exact seat problem and it was resolved by a later TSB. Which is why this is so perplexing, you would think it would have not happened again. Oh well, like it has been stated it's not the end of the world...just an annoying...but still does not steal the joy of owning the best car on the road!  I will update when I get more details.
