^true. Stock mirrors suck. Especially if I have a passenger. Completely blocks my blind spot and more than once I almost ran into another car while changing lanes. It's like a russian roulette.

I don't think they look retarded, but they do seem sort of elderlyish, kinda like those little round glue on wide angle mirrors you see on a LOT of cars in FL.
