Looking into getting a DA polisher and buff out all the paint defects. Previous owner was either a jackass or didn't care about this beautiful car which is mine now! :D

question for all of you! If you can choose another nissan factory color for your Z, what would it be? I love the solid red, and I barely see another solid red around where I live but I would probably go with gunmetal grey.

Gun Metallic was my favorite by far of the color options we had at the time. However, the Midnight Blue would have been my first choice if it were an option. I also really like the Magma Red, but I'm not sure it would be above my current GM color. I prefer the old 350Z copper color (very close to the Burnt Orange my Longhorns wear).

40th Quartz was my favorite, but a psycho speeding driver decided I should not have it and t-boned me. I have midnight blue now, an awesome color...

Ahhh true. The 40th has a special place. I don't think I was ever in the market specifically for one, but I cannot deny the beauty of that color :tiphat:

all cases i just bout a new wheel and new tire mounted. :p

You bought a new wheel each time. They were all unrepairable. Ouch.

As you know about my track wheels, I recently discovered buying one wheel can be expensive.

It's obvious you have a good attitude. :tiphat:

When I spend money I buy whatever I want too. If you know that a scratch, dent, etc is there and it is bothersome, we deal with it. I tried to repair my bad wheel only to find a stress fracture. I am not tracking that wheel on my car ever.

Also I will not repair it and then make it someone elses future problem either.
