I washed the Z this morning before :driving: some errands

Good news is there does not appear to be any damage from the 30 seconds of 1/2" hail we had on Friday

Am I overly obsessive if I detail inside my wheel wells with Adam's Undercarriage detailer?

Put the Z on ramps and removed the oil cooler block off plate I use in the frigid Georgia winters. While I was under there I replaced the OEM under shroud with one from Z Speed. Fit perfect.

Today I took my Z ..well let me back up.. Yesterday I went to redbox in the pouring rain to pick up a reserved movie "frozen". I got there, got soaked and fought with the machine since it did not recognize my reservation... Well the machine won.. I went back in the car .. soaked, humiliated, dejected, and checked wtf was the machines problem by consulting my phone and check the reservation..

I noticed that I did in fact reserve the movie..just in a DIFFERENT KIOSK B at a different walgreens... (I never rent from there)... Well I get it bring it back home, get ready to watch it with the woman.. and it doesn't work... wont go to the title screen.. I clean it wipe it ect.. wont work... So I am angry now.. and just gave up on the move...

Fast forward to today.. I returned the Frozen I had.. and rented ANOTHER frozen from a different redbox... sat down with the woman.. put it in.. and it WOULDNT WORK again (same problem as the other blueray!) This time I had more energy to diagnose the problem... Used google, and found out..well found a suggestion to upgrade my firmware on the blueray player...

Did that.. and viola it worked.. we watched frozen, it was ok.

And I polished my muffler cans.

It was pouring all day yesterday. I was working a few cars and the my full-timer came up to me and said "hey, you left your windows down." :shakes head:

I ran outside and yes my windows were down. Quickly put them up and my seats were soaked on the sides. It's only water and it already dried out today but that could have been a lot worse! Apparently since I had my fob in my pocket, I must have pressed on the unlock button. :ugh2:

If it's completely filthy and full of grime, no. If it's the normal stuff then, yes.

It's your baby though, so fck it and clean it up.

Put about 100miles on it today. The Swifts are settling in nicely. I can't stop looking at the swift + spacers combo.

Oh, the wife tagged along on the ride....she doesn't like the exhaust. Oh well...her loss if she doesn't want to ride in the Z!
