I used the stock black ring that is under the stock knob. The annoying part was getting it back on, but not even sure if it had to come off in the first place. I want the boot to sit closer to the knob though.

edit: got it off eGay but they're the same price everywhere pretty much. $40 and it's 450 grams I believe, just about 1lb :)

I put in a new clip that holds up my hood stick (the old one broke) the twistie I was using to hold it in place was getting annoying.

I also replaced some of those clips in the rear that look like cargo strap attachment points (but which aren't strong enough to actually use)

No more bungees in the back for me!

I cleaned off my rear ABS sensors to clear the VDC, ABS, traction control, and Brake lights that come on when the sensors get dirty. (it took forever for me to figure out that was what was causing all the lights. usually they are caused by low brake fluid, so it took me forever to find the real cause...)

Maybe its time to replace those bad boys. Until I do, a gentle shot with the pressure washer seems to be doing the trick!

I drove in the snow last night and this morning. Alpins are doing well.

I installed some Whiteline sway bars on my Z the other day. To be honest I cant really tell a huge difference because I dont daily drive my car. Only about 3 times a month really.

Just dropped $1200 on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3. Liking them so far. Also picked up 6 qts of Amsoil signature for the oil change that I'll do this weekend. Everything is good in my world (for now).
