The twisty's were wide open, and the weather is perfect, with just a BMW Z4 approaching. I had to wait for the BMW as he had right away. I thought I may be in for a treat but was sadly disappointed as my only struggle was to avoid using my brakes.

Later when we hit the flat and a truck was up ahead, he nailed it. This lasted two seconds and back on his brake he went.

So much promise...

Officially garaged the Z for the winter. I'm now driving around in my brother's 2002 base model Mini Cooper 5-speed. After being so used to the Z, I look like a 'tard driving any other car with a manual transmission.

Track prepped my 40th AE at awdtuning for my Dec date at MSR (1st in 370Z). Oil cooler, Stoptech pads, SS brake lines and UpRev tune by Keith. Max 307 HP / 233 ft-lbs on their Mustang dyno (link) with only CAI & CBE mods (JWT Pop Charger, FI). Also gave her a Zspeed engine splash shield to make her feel special! All in all, a very good day for my mistress.

Took my regional manager out to visit our stores in OC. She had a blast. She was on numerous phone calls and every one on the other line asked are you in a race car?

Took her to USGP practice yesterday. Will probably take her to the race tomorrow.
