:icon17: To be fair, the scallops and salmon were like 1/3 of the total cost - but the rest was almost all vegetables and took up the entire hatch (12 full sized reusable grocery bags). I'm mad at myself for not taking a picture

Paid GTM an unreasonable amount of money for an 88mm pulley to replace my 2 month old 92mm. \0/

I've thought the same and have gone a few weeks at a time in this unladen condition. The noise is greater and I lose my sub woofer. The later being the worst.

It is the little lady who insists I restore it back. Why I am not clear, "Just get it done", is very clear.

For a DD, I would prefer to keep the spare tire available at all times. But I definitely like the idea of the extra room. I climbed completely into the hatch while installing my GT Mat sound deadening back there (see avatar).

my z is not a dd, and i still prefer the donut in the trunk.

i rather be able to help myself get my car home vs calling my wife to bring the donut, or to call a tow truck which will probably scuff up my ings, wheels, etc. :shakes head:

It makes sense yet I have not had a flat in so long I forget why we carry them. I find it amusing that when I go to the track up to 2.5 hours away, arguably the time I'd need it most, I leave it at home. When I go to work 5 miles away close to a tire shop, I carry it.

I too climb in there when I mount my camera.

also a good idea to carry a plug kit (not the slimy crap) with rubber cement and portable air compressor just in case you get a nail or something on your rear tire. for me, it's almost always the rear tire getting punctured.

The only time I had an issue was when I was making a right hand turn, I apparently ran over a piece of glass and it sliced a hole in the sidewall of my tire. It wasn't a slow leak unfortunately, but it held enough air for me to run up to Discount before it went flat again to get a new tire. :icon17:

What I did today. I wrote a write up on the complete SPL front suspension install. :D

Just ordered SPL front control arm bushings. Both sets.

I'd like to take some classes first at Bondurant before I just throw myself and my car out on a track.

thats what i did! sign up for a beginner group and they teach you most everything you need to know. half the learning is done by doing :)

Just got notification from UPS that my 2DIN was delivered! :excited:

Now I have to wait for the steering wheel controls before I install it, I guess.

Those aren't coming from Cali, so they are taking longer. :(
