Got my speeding ticket dismissed and finally got my check in the mail yesterday. Saved me 5k in insurance premium increases. :)

Super Fall day - Drive to the Black Forest :)
 

Virtually summer-like day here in South Germany. Took the Z on cruize down to the Black Forest(Schwarzwald), to Freudenstadt and Mummelsee( small lake).
Fall colors fully on display and 24C for the temps! 2 or 3 more weeks and its winter tires on!

Lots of nice hardware on the road - Ferrari 430 to Lotus to a gazillion super bikes and anything else you can imagine having fun in the sun! A few pics of the day. Wish you all the best fall/autumn etc!!

I washed the Z this morning :tup:

Took the beast back to raceway because I don't have $1800 to swap out all of the subframe, diff, and sway bushings with spl. The dealership claims that the insurance company doesn't want to replace the subframe bushing because it isn't "broke enough" to warrant the replacement. Even though the tech says it is shot and needs to be repaired the insurance see's it otherwise. So I told them I would hard launch the car and see where it goes from there. Waiting until Monday when the master tech comes in and tells the insurance company the same thing...maybe he can convince them otherwise? Other than that...making moving arrangements to Palmdale with the wifey.

Put some new rubber on my baby and now I'm gonna take my Gal out for a nice meal at Beat Street Coffee Co. In S. A.

Been out here in Paso Robles, Ca all weekend going through some pretty good twisties from one winery to the next. The Z sounds great and drove flawlessly. Pix when I get home.

I handed my car over to a body shop to install/paint AeroJacket fenders and Evo-R wing.

finally washed my beauty with the newly-arrived ADAM'S shampoo and detailer, in gallon size. what a difference! as advertised...! foamed it with my lawn/garden sprayer and the suds were so silky-slick that my hand kept falling outta my micro-fiber glove. whisked on the detailer as the sun started hitting the rear of the car and, no problem...no streaking...what detailer was missed and/or later dripped out was easy wiped off, even hrs. later. it even cleaned the windows, something my turtle wax cleaner never did...

AND WHAT A SHINE!!!...better than when i bought her a year ago...really, really good products...

Dyno'd my stock 370Z.... That was humbling...
