Installed matte blk painted metal plugs for my rear damper access and found a home for my t-handle hex.

I ordered STOPTECH rotors and pads, the STILLEN license plate bracket, and some fresh new tires :yum:. I'll also be getting the windows changed from 15% to state-legal 50% :-( Pics to follow soon!

what kind of setup do you have here?

i fuel starved tonight. second time. i didn't fill up with gas and wasn't thinking straight. forgot i was at 1/4 tank and took the on ramp too fast.

luckily this time it started up and puttered along for a second and then on the second start up i was able to take off and fill up
I staved her on the track last week at a little over half tank.:shakes head:
(It was toward the end of the day, and my top off tank was all used up):driving:

I run StopTech rotors (with Hawk HPS) -- they work quite well.

Once again I got stuck behind a Tesla. I'd love to see one pull over or show me what it can do.

I retrofitted the 2012 water-to-oil cooler to my 2009, using the heat exchanger portion (the part that goes between the oil filter and block), and put it on its own cooling system. It has a surface mount thermostat on the upper oil pan, an electric pump to move the coolant, and a cooler/fan assembly.

I tested it out and all seems to be working as expected. It was a good day with outside temps at 90. Without the cooler the oil temp would easily go over 220 at 4,000 rpm for a short time. With the cooler the temp held a bit over 200. I can't wait to get her back on the road and see how it performs.

Glad to hear no major issue with the fuel starve, and you got running again.

hey bro, maybe pick up some small rubber grommets that way it cleans up the appearance. Just a cosmetic suggestion. Ingenious idea though...

Good feedback guys. I have been on it. Looked at three places to find the right grommets but have been unsuccessful so far. Keeping my eyes open for the right ones. So far the ones I see will raise the plug and will not be flushed making it look a lot less cleaner. I like the flushed look of the plug.

Didn't even notice the pic with the plug. It does look pretty clean.
