The Fast Intentions in tunnels is just epic, I notice people rolling there windows down and love seeing there reactions when I downshift, echoes throughout the tunnel. :driving::leghump:

Mines not a DD either but for the time being the Z is more a GT car than race car for me. That and I think I'm over loud/droning exhausts.......god I sound old...:icon14:

The 18" still has a bit of drone if your crusing on the highway, but it's not that intrusive.

Raced my brother in his 2001 M5...and lost :/ we didn't go from a stop, which we suspect the Z would win. Went from mid 2nd gear pull up to about 4th and he was about a car length ahead.
All stock Z and all stock M5 (v8 model) if anyone was curious.

my z is a couple thousand miles away so i didn't get to see her but i bought some new parts to dress her up so she looks nice when i get home:tup:

Got home yesterday and removed the weight in the rear hatch. The hatch actually opens like it is supposed to now!

Got the Z back from the dealer with a new headliner replaced under warranty :woot:

The dealer experience was not too bad. The service was excellent, and the install was up to my expectations :tup: I'm happy to be able to recommend Round Rock Nissan to the fellow Z community based on my recent experience. South Point doesn't get a recommendation from me, and Town North is to be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

:iagree: the drive is better but I don't think the drive is what I liked the most. I liked the look from the drop more, the car looks like it has a proper fitment with just a drop and some spacers IMO :tup:

ordered a full set of Michelin pilot super sports from America's tire company during my lunch break. $1128 for 2xF: 265/35/19 and 2xR: 305/30/19 installed. Pretty sweet deal!

Every time I see those sorts of numbers I get excited and then I remember I have 19" wheels and for some reason the set is like $400 more :/

Exactly 7 years ago yesterday I bought my Z so I drove her around and went to the store after not driving her since Sunday to celebrate.

The Z still gives me a feeling that no other can and I look forward to another 7 years of ownership! :tup:

Just installed a stillen gen 3. I also wrapped my engine cover in kevlar/ carbon fiber combo. It compliments my stillen CBE too. Very nice sound.:tup:
