Go out in the middle of the night and pour some cement down to fill in enough of the dip to make a ramp. Put a piece of large diameter PVC pipe through it so water can run down the gutter, through the ramp and out the other side.
Wait to see if some worthless bureaucrat from the city ever comes out to investigate and then play dumb. Blame it on the neighborhood skateboarders. |
