Should had thought of that and be prepare to make those ramp before buying the Z. Parking on the street sucks. Cars get really dirty and you may get those stupid people who are jealous of your car and scatch that.

O yea. Hoa is here lol. Agreed. Prob just sell the dang place. I only need a roof over my head. I don't really care where lol. Well I kinda do. Not some crackhead spot.

Go out in the middle of the night and pour some cement down to fill in enough of the dip to make a ramp. Put a piece of large diameter PVC pipe through it so water can run down the gutter, through the ramp and out the other side.
Wait to see if some worthless bureaucrat from the city ever comes out to investigate and then play dumb. Blame it on the neighborhood skateboarders.
