To dip or not to dip side skirts

I am thinking of dipping my side skirts on my z. Here is a picture how it looks now. I would only dip a line not the whole side skirt

Here is a picture how it looks now. I would only dip a line not the whole side skirt to even it out with the lip to make it look a little different. Opinions __________________
