Most G's are automatic, so I don't see that being the biggest problem. I wouldn't call your asking price well below, it is a little below good condition which is really the best a 6+ year old car with 41k miles can be. Remember that KBB is just a guide, not what you should get for your car.
Anything in a carfax that might scare people away? I say swap the rims. They aren't my taste and I wouldn't give your car a 2nd look in an ad if I saw them.
