How different will prices for 2013 be?
Any thoughts, guys?

My sales contact told me the reason why they were slow to reveal any pricing on 2013s is because they are going to be priced the same as the 12s. If that news came out while 800 2012s were still on sale it would cannibalize the sales. ; ) So don't expect much of an increase my friend.

Long story short, yes because of an issue on my car, Nissan is replacing!

Got my Vin finally, and also found out the car was manufactured on June 6th. My ETA is still August.

Wish I could get in on that deal with my 2009 370Z. Mine is in the shop now for what could turn out to be a bad engine thanks to an oil consumption issue... :( Then again... I'm having second thoughts about ever buying another Z after this happened. Seems crazy on a car with 45k miles on it.

For those requesting more details, going to make this as short as possible, bought the car new from the dealer with paint imperfections all over the car from the factory being told by dealer that marks would come out mind it's all over on every panel, dealer tried everything nothing worked, I argued and fought for nearly 7-8 months for this 45k new car to be fixed without removing every panel of the brand new car and repainting everything and depreciation of value in the process, cut to the chase I am one month from receiving my 2013. Was Nissan's fault of sending a defective vehicle to a dealer to be sold and to be sold as new. Car should not have left the assembly line with that paint job.
I am looking forward to the new car and not looking back.

My father bought an Armada years ago from Nemet in Queens and they are notoriously bad. His paint job looked like they opened the can and started painting with a sponge. He kept it though :shakes head:

IF anyone wants a good deal on a 12 this is the last week, programs end this week. IF you want your 13 priced, expect it to be released next week.

Alright guys, just got pricing released at 7am. My sport, touring, MT will be $43K MSRP and $40K Invoice. Car arriving in 2 weeks. Hope the price information helps you guys out. It's definitely not a significant increase. :tup:

Left Japan late last week. Gotta go through Los Angeles, than on to Hawaii, will depend on turnaround at the docks in LA. So possible arrival at the Honolulu docks next week. But more than likely the following week.

May I ask what price people paid for their 2013's?

I had a deal lined up for a 2012 Touring w/ Sport for $41k out the door, but it fell through after the car was located and had a big scratch on the hood. Now I am looking to buy a 2013 and hope to get a good deal.

I used TrueCar previously, but they don't have any 2013 pricing. Anyone know of the 2013 Invoice price for a Touring w/ Sport?

I ordered touring, sport, nav, and 7at, the invoice was a little under 42k.
If you want mt and no nav, i guess just take out around 4k

taxes and other stuff is what elevates the price a lot :(

Anyone know of a way to look up the vin# and see exactly where the car is at?
My dealer hasnt given me word this is available to do so and my 2013 Nismo is supposed to be here sometime next week... I would LOVE to know where it is exactly

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago in Navy. Supposed to get here in Oct. I would like to see pictures or one at the dealer in that color. There are a few at the dealers in Baton Rouge but none in navy.

Was at my dealer this week and they have white one sitting on the lot. Gave me a good chance to compare it directly to mine sitting right by it.

Now I have to interject that old saying, "if you can't say anything nice don't say it at all."

Actually, it looks much better in person than I thought it did in the pics. If this were the 2009 model I'd love it. But....... I'm really glad I got the 2012. Original awesome looks with all the kinks and bugs worked out (except maybe the brake issue).

Wow, they actually list a bunch of them, all touring models. I think these are just all stock photos, because the white one I looked at was also a Sport Model.

really like the midnight blue, as far as the front bumper goes it doesnt really look like an upgrade looks worse or whatever in my opinion

yeah wasn't a fan of it before BUT I like it now, the leds are pretty cool too. :tup:
