Hey guys :hello: You, too, Mr. Bucket :tiphat:

On a side note, I just spoke to our mortgage broker, and we are going to refinance with an interest rate of 3.75% (down from 5%) that shaves 2 years off our loan and $66/month off our PI payment (also, no more FHA loan, yay!). In addition to that, we get a month's respite from our mortgage payment. Of course, most of that will go to the credit card, but I expect I will be getting my new shift knob in a few weeks now instead of a few months

hi zman- yah, my lawn is looking brown now so we can use rain here too. also clean the air alittle bit before the weekend.

took the trash out this am, my Z looked :yum:

We should get some relief from the heat on the east coast by this weekend, thankfully.
Well I haven't checked in with you guys in a while.. I still have smelly squirrel poo/pee smell when my AC first turns on, then it goes away. Not sure what to do.
In other news, I discovered the reason for a slow leak in my driver's side rear tire... a nail has been in there for weeks. I just fill it up with air every couple days :o Hankook Ventus R-S3s are on order... :D :D :D

kenchan 07-18-2012 10:02 AM

hey there EZ. if it's just a nail, fix it using a plug. no need to do a patch or new tire just for that. :)

Hahahahah!! Noooo, I was not able to find the issue. I would've liked to go native on the door, but didn't get to! :)

Nice!

My wife and I are considering a refi as well due to the low interest rates that are available today. :)

Yup  The wife won't be coming along; do you know if you've got a passenger? If not, do you want to take 1 or 2 cars?

I will have a passenger (so far he's confirmed) so you can lead. I'll be going slooooooow. We should decide on a turn around point. I wanted to hit Lime Creek on the way back down to 183.

If the passenger bails, I'll decide on riding with you. Would be cool to get video for the guys interested in driving it.

For the rest of the Board - ms. pint took the Houston guys on Lime Creek Road last Saturday, and it's the closest I've come to driving the canyon roads around L.A.! Hopefully, they can shoot some video for everyone.
