Hopefully it does not sound like crap. A cheap $5 chinese 4 x AAA battery portable radio sounds better than the stock S2000 stereo.

Yeah definitely. It's just that the stock stuff is uber terrible so hopefully upgrading it with a better HU and higher quality speakers will be enough. I'm not looking for great sound, just good quality sound. Currently it sounds like stock 370z base!
