A smart and successful business owner should want to please his customers, and providing proper instructions doesn't seem like a stretch... especially when it saves EVERYONE time and frustration.

It is true that successful business owners should provide excellent customer service and do everything they can to solve the customer's problems.

But nothing can be done if the customer decides to bash on the vendors without seeking for a solution first. All dramas can be settled via pm, that is why i said it is not so much the vendor's problem if people choose to discuss the issue in the open. Vendors were never given a chance to explain in the frst place.
