Steering lock problem solved (for real)

I have already replaced my steering lock unit last year

However, I think that the same problem is re-occurring again.... and I think that there are some early indications that area leading me to conclude that the same problem is about to re-occur and I would like to share these concerns with you guys:

[1] I keep having some throttle problems: Sometimes the "check engine" icon is one and I experience up-normal throttle (750/950 RPM),

[2] The A/C: sometimes the A/C unit just turn "ON" for no reason !!!! this is really strange, and

[3] The "Key" icon: sometimes the KEY icon turns "ON" for no reason also - because I remember that few days before my car stopped working the key icon was appearing regularly.

Guys, is there any link between these items ??? I have linked my conclusions to the manual photo which was posted by (GaleForce) Because the 10A fuse location #48 which is feeding the steering lock relay is located in the center between (a) the A/C Relay fuse and (b) the Throttle Relay. Is there ant possibility that an electrical problem (whatsoever) affect the surrounding Relays????

I would much appreciate someone to help me on this matter.
